Honestly this is a really nice Gym. It is open 24/7 and staffed until 7pm. There have been times when I have been the only person in the gym, some can see this as a positive or negative. The staff is friendly and aren't too pushy about classes or personal training. Free weights, hammer strength machines, and cardio equipment. Its a month to month basis around $30. There was no initial fee when i signed up, not sure if there is one now or not. nice clean locker rooms. The only bad thing i would say, is sometimes it is way too packed. (4-6pm), and also the size. It is big enough at times, but itd be nice if it was in a bigger place with more and more equipment.
