Good: Receptionst, staff and the Dr seemed nice and what seemed through explaining at the time.. Bad: The Dr seemed nice, she treated me for a hormone imbalance, which caused pre cancerous uterus cancer and have I cervical cancer and she never ran tests for it, or an ultra sound with having cancerous symptoms.I trusted them and after my Dr sending me to another DR, I then discovered all of this. Now I have to have a total hysterectomy next month. It could have been avoided had she done standard tests, ie, pap smear to test for cervical cancer and ultra sound.. Improvements: I truly believe they need far more extensive training. To not g et one thing in their mind and treat it for that, but to do standard tests to rule out more serious conditions. They're all about saving insurance companies money by not doing the proper tests to save the insurance money and to save them time.I feel too they should do reminder calls for patients.. Other: I am so truly dissapointed in what I have been recently diagnosed with because I told her my symptoms and my new Dr Immediately knew by telling her the symptoms that I have cervical cancer symptoms, which was tested for in a standard pap smear that they never did. Plus I complained to WHA how birth control pills/hormones were making my symptoms worse and they tried to make me believe it is normal for changes to happen like this.Thank god for my new Dr and the new GYN that immediately knew, and did the test.
