I am new to the area, and was looking for a Redken Salon in Ann Arbor. My previous salon used the Shades brand. When I called the Salon, the receptionist was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was happy to hear that they are open until 7 and 9 during the week, and on Saturdays and Sundays. My work schedule is crazy, so I had plenty of choices to schedule. She even offered their new client special of 30% off first visit, and 20% off any products purchased. I was very impressed by Elizabeth. She did a great job on my color, and cut. I was amazed at how good it looked. My friend who was with me, also wants to book with her too. The atmosphere in the salon is really nice and cozy. I would highly recommend the salon to anyone!
