Review content:
My son was very eager to start karate lessons and I searched around and found one I thought would be good for him. They did allow us to have a trial so we can see how he would like it before we signed a year contract(with monthly bank draft) as our son was only 4 at the time. My son enjoyed the first couple of lessons and we signed him up. We were scheduled for Saturday lessons at 9:00 am. We went every Saturday for a year and noticed that my son had not even earned a belt. I know that he was only 4, but other training centers move somewhat faster than that and we had talked with several people going elsewhere and their children had advanced a few belts. Then we started showing up for classes and no one was there. We were not the only ones showing up to find the place closed. Twice there had been a note on the door. The third time, I called because we were quite upset that we got up early on a Saturday and made the half an hour trip only to find them closed and I was told they moved my son's class to another night and he thought we were just absent. No one had even called us to notify us that there had been a schedule change, so we paid for a month and received no services. In the end I left very unhappy with the quality of services offered here.
