I would like to take a moment and thank you for your outstanding service. Over the weekend we had a toilet back up and called Horizon for an appointment. The service tech Isaac came during the allotted time and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem in out main sewer line. He worked on it for about 2 hours and found there to be roots and dirt clogging the line. The next day the same problem occurred. Isaac returned and found a substantial amount of roots and dirt in the line and immediately contacted one of your camera tech to come over asap. Isaac prepared us for the worst case scenario in the fact that it looked like there was a severe crack in the line and would have to be replaced. Later that evening the camera tech arrived, ran the camera through the line and declared that the line was clear!!! I would like to commend Isaac on his skills and persistence in clearing the line and professionalism while he was working with us. I truly believe that any other company would have charged us much more and tried to make us replace the line regardless of the issue.
