When my computer got that famous "blue screen of death", I panicked. I thought that it was the end of my computer. I was devistated. All my pictures, documents, music files.... everything was on that computer. I thought they were all gone for good and I was heartbroken. Then I came actoss a flyer for Staples' Easy Tech, and decided I didnt have much to lose giving them a shot to get my computer back up and running - or at the very least to somehow just salvage my files. Upon going to the store, I was pleased by the employees, they were all incredibly friendly! However, the quality of work preformed on my computer was so-so. They did get past the "blue screen of death"(or got rid of it? whatever they do) but I came to find I was still having viruses invade my machine. I had told the staff I wanted to be protected from future problems, and thats not what I recieved. I was upset and lost my faith in this company. When I looked on Google for another computer repair company to protect my computer, I found an ad for Secure Remote Support, which offered great rates and the technician I spoke with was very knowledgable about viruses, malware and spyware. They told me right away what they could do and were very kind and understanding of my hesitance in taking another chance with another company. They assured me that they were dedicated to the smooth running of my computer, and my satisfaction. I purchased their virus protection and optimization package - and am happy to say my computer is operating like the day I took it out of the box. Nothing against EasyTech, I just didnt feel they really cared about customer satisfaction and I experienced great service from SecureRemoteSupport right away. Check these guys out at the very least, they really are the best.
