Where to start... What they offer is great but when it came down to signing up for membership the person just wrote prices on a piece of paper saying their plans change every week so they dont print out membership form with pricing... Then we ask about freezing membership as my wife is 8 months pregnant, the salesman said we can do that for 2 dollars a month-this ended up not being even close to the correct price(5dollars a month to freeze).I call and speak to manager and she made me feel like i was the one who was wrong for asking for the 2 dollar freeze fee that we were told... The lady broke down crying and told me she cant do this right now dont sign up then.... I was not rude at all just wanted what we were told we would get.. bad bad experience...
