Review content:
This place is a total rip-off and they don't treat animals with respect. They yanked my dog around like she was a piece of furniture or something. The staff seemed aloof and uncaring. The vet was busy and seemed like she didn't want to be bothered seeing my dog. She never even came out to give me final instructions - she left that to her staff. To top it off, the bill was over $400 for what was really a minor emergency. Never again.
