Review content:
Contracted with BBS to procure and install a heating unit. Provided 50% down payment with remaining 50% due upon completion. After James Brown (owner) cashed the check there was no word from him. Following up, he finally answered his phone, explaining that he spent the money on "other things."
He actually had the nerve to suggest that I procure the heating unit and he would install it by working off the debt incurred! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!
STAY AWAY!!!!
