Businiess name:  State Farm: Chip Ott
Review by:  Dakoda F.
Review content:
I have been a State Farm auto and Homeowner’s client for over 18 years, and, until just recently, have never had a problem.  Recently I my car was hit at the Shop Rite Parking lot.  I felt the claim rep was giving me the run around and called Chip’s office.  Next thing I know the supervisor called me up, was extremely helpful, and addressed all my concerns. It seemed chip had talked to that supervisor on my behalf.   Chip called me later to make sure that everything had been rectified.  He said, he rarely has to get involved in claims, but every once in a while they might drop the ball.  It was so nice to have an agent that really takes an interest in his clients.  I guess the saying, Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there, is for real.  I can tell you this, I’m not going anywhere!
