This is my family’s favorite restaurant. The service here is unbelievable ... rarely do you wait more than 10 minutes between ordering and eating. Also, the wait staff is very attentive -- I’ve never had an empty glass here! My husband and I frequently split the Fajitas for One ... it’s more than enough food for the both of us. Their lunch menu is varied and most meals are less than $5. This restaurant is non-smoking -- the family also owns Monterrey in West Des Moines, where the menu is the same, but smoking is allowed. We also have rarely had to wait for a table, even though the place is always busy.
