When I bought my retail business, I used Plante Moran for all of our accounting needs. We worked with Denny Bogart who was very friendly and knowledgable. He helped us to file all the necessary paperwork to get things going. He also prepared our yearly returns for the business. I was also very impressed with the assistance/education they gave me in learning the ropes of filing state sales tax an federal 941 forms.
