My friend and I waited with great anticipation when we heard Michael's was opening a store in Traverse City. Selection-wise, it was well worth the wait. The store is full of everything any kind of crafter would need...whether it's knitting and crotcheting supplies, materials for scrapbooking, painting or anything in between, they have it. Their prices are a bit higher than other stores though they do tend to have a good selection. The staff is "hit and miss" sometimes they are super helpful, other tims they are not very knowledgable about the products.
