Taste of Saigon is a wonderful family-owned Vietnamese restaurant in Rockville. The staff that wait on you are very likely part of the family that owns the restaurant, and if they're not, you probably won't notice the difference, since the staff are all as nice as can be. The menu is huge, but I especially recommend the pho, a Vietnamese soup which I love. We eat there every chance we get.
