Come check out Penn's Cave- This cave is the only all-water Cave in America! You are driven in a motorboat through the cave--- Takes approximately 60 minutes... Motorboat through on a stream on Lake Nitanee-- Its cool because trout jump from the water and you can see them swimming while you are making your way through the cave. This was my favorite cave--- The tour guide showed us stalagamites and stalacties that looked like "The Statute of Liberty" It was pretty cool...
Its cool in this cave as well--- Around 50 degrees so I advise wearing a coat. When we were on our tour ducks flew over our heads--- My daughter was amazed that ducks and fish were in the cave. Pretty neat!
The cave tours run in year round--- In the Fall they are Sept 1- Oct 31 open from 9-5PM.. the cost is adults $12, 2-12 $5.75 and under 2 Free

Along with the cave- there is a guided tour of the WIldlife tour-- which takes you on a guided bus through the forest and fields at Penn's Cave. The forests and fields are approx. 1500 acres.. and they are preserved as a natural habitat for birds and animals. This takes approximately 90 minutes.
Some animals we saw were deer, elk, Mountain Lions, wolves, black bears...
This was such a neat experience- I had to keep reminding my daughter that we were inside the bus and the animals couldn't get us- Too cute.
The trees and fall scenery was absolutely gorgeous!
This part is open from April- November...
rates are Adults $17.75, 2-12 $9.75 and under 2 Free
you can pay to do both of these as we did--- Cheaper rates!

Their is a visitors center-- which included a cafe and gift shop.. Also a picnic area to take your lunch out to. we didn't eat here--- But did visit the gift shop for souvenirs.
I highly advise coming to Penn's Cave and the Wildlife tour in the Fall....
Its worth the trip!
