Vadim rocks! We had a small crack in our garage door when we bought it over 4 years ago, but the door seemed to function fine. But that changed about a week ago, and the door started getting in a bind when trying to open or close.
Fully expecting a royal reaming for this repair, I called this garage door company hoping that their high ratings were accurate. And in the end, they certainly were! Vadim came out the next day, saw exactly what the problem was, and was able to fix the door with some additional struts rather than having to replace it altogether (that was my biggest fear). In addition, he performed preventative maintenance, and altogether did a fantastic job.
He's a straight shooter, does excellent work, and charges very fairly for his work. I can tell you that if we have any other problems, I would call him in a heart beat, and I would recommend him to anyone that needs work on their garage door. You won't be disappointed.
