Gone down hill quickly under poor management. The place is dirty, service is slow and the staff is hard pressed to keep working. My last visit was very unhappy with a long wait for my name to be called finally ending with the manager giving me back my money. I admit we had not been there in awhile but I was sure looking forward to that burger. My advice is to go to the Fuddruckers in Mission Valley if you MUST go at all. But consider all the other possibilities for burgers and consider just skipping a visit to this chain all together.
