I have dealt with Flo and she was not very friendly at all. I tried to talk to her boss, the owner about her but got nowhere. They are rude and not very friendly. I was given a hard time when I wanted to think about my travel plans before I guaranteed anything with my credit card. Did not feel appreciated as a customer at all.
