Dr. Bill Blatchford offers a wonderful program geared completely toward managing your dental office. I first heard of him through reading articles in Dental Economics and then purchased his book "Blatchford Blueprints- The Art of Creating Dental Practice Success". My partner and I had the opportunity to attend one of his seminars last year and were sold. This program is really touted as "coaching" which, when working with the team assigned us, is very accurate. You do, in fact, feel as though you are being coached. Many times during this process we were reluctant to make changes where we felt none were due. However, there is a method to this madness and each concession brought us dividends. We have been implementing his program for a year now and have witnessed our business grow not only on a professional level but personal - our staff work as a tight knit unit now and there are sincere smiles at the beginning of each day. Our patients seem thrilled with our service and we have received threefold the number of referrals in the past six months. Clearly Dr. Blatchford has this down.
