The store is beautiful. Clean and perfect. I can find great deals at times on clearance.
It is the people working there that is the problem. When looking for a certain pair of shoes in my size, I kept checking back but they were always out of my size. I requested help and was told "we must be out" time and again.
Finally I asked to speak to a manager, JUST to get a raincheck as they had went on sale. This was after weeks of looking for that style of shoe in my size. Then I asked are they not planning on ordering size 9? I was told they never knew what would come in off the trucks. As if no one at the store had any control over ordering what they were out of. I don't believe that.
