The Jcpenney at the Christiana Mall has a nice selection of merchandise. Especially their clothing line which includes Nicole Miller and Bisou Bisou. The staff is friendly and helpful but very sparse. You can get GREAT deals on the clearance racks. Items are often 50-80 percent off and there is ALWAYS some sort of sale going on. The store is often crowded with merchandise and the parking because it is in a mall can be very crowded. They have a plethora of advertisments they send out so you're always aware of the latest sale. If you're looking for nice clothes at an affordable price try JCPenney.
