The Bento Box is located in a strip mall on NE 24th Street in Redmond. They have been around for as long as I can remember and I've been in the area for over 10 years. Their food is fresh and relatively quick. My favorite is the chicken katsu donburi, which is fried chicken strips on a bed of rice with onions, carrots, and a cooked egg (poached? I don't know my eggs) on top of the chicken. They also have a great kid's bento which my kids really like. The staff is consistent and polite. Clean establishment.
