I've had this bank for years, even when it was Medway Cooperative (I think that was the name). The customer service is excellent. I even had someone hack my account years ago, and they found out the same people had done it to other people. This was the first time I had had fraud in my account, and they reversed the amount taken right away. I didn't even notice this for 3 months, had not looked at statements. I have since moved to North Carolina and I still use the bank from a distance!
