Poor Service 11/15/2005

With so many copy services competing for business I would think that UBM would put forth more of an effort to please their customers. I have had nothing but unpleasant experiences with the customer service. When I call to reorder supplies or request service on our leased machine they act as if I am burdening them. However, my most unpleasant experience has been as our lease is running out. The salesman couldn't be more pushy or rude. He is rude to all the staff all while being very insistent that he is offering something no one else can. He has no regarding that incessant phone calls for six months is annoying to a small busy office. A little research revealed that not only are they rude, but they are expensive! They wanted to charge us almost three times more than a competitor! Unbelievable. The only positive experiences has been with the repairmen who are usually polite and professional. However, when you call for repair they can never tell you when the repairman will come. I would recommend looking elsewhere. more
