I sometimes go to Roslyn at Cuts and Curls, and she always does a great job. She's very accomodating, shifting her schedule around to fit you in. The shop is a little hard to find though. I know exactly where it is and still miss it sometimes. The sign is very difficult to see, so look carefully!
