Rugged Boot is the place to go for hard to find shoe sizes and also for children's shoes. All the people who work there are skillfully trained in fitting shoes. This is so important especially for small children. When I first went in with one of my children, the woman refused to sell us a shoe for my one year old who was just starting to walk. She said that my little one needs to learn to walk better and the best way for her to do that is barefoot. She told me to come back in a month and then she would find the perfect shoe for my daughter. I was impressed that my daughter's best interest was there and not just to sell the shoe.
They are also great at dealing with scared screaming kids. Everytime I have gone in there, little ones were crying and the salespeople were so patient and helped calm the children.
For adults they have a large selection of quality shoes. The prices are fair, but their sales are excellent.
