I called Windows Door and More on Monday to get a rate quote for newly installed windows. They were to have someone call me back the same day with information. Now, 4 days later they finally called me back. They need to have their customer service do a better job at returning calls because they will get more business this way. I will not buy windows from them now, because when I spend that much money on something I want to know that I am important.
