I was so excited when the guys at Chow opened up a restaurant in the east bay, close to me! I love the food here as it's always made with high quality fresh ingredients. Park Chow has a nice outdoor heated seating area too. They have a nice mix of asian fusion and California style dishes, and while not overly innovative, everything I've had here has hit the spot.
Try their ginger cake with pumpkin ice-cream, you won't be disappointed.
