My father has Parkinson's-related dementia. He's been living at Trisun for two and a half years, in their "Arcadia" unit. "Arcadia" is a secure ward for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's and similar conditions.
Dad is very well cared for. Over time, his capabilities have declined more and more, but TriSun has continued to provide excellent care and keep us apprised of his condition. The staff are extremely caring and professional, and they are always happy when visitors come for the residents.
The cost is typical for persons on Medicare -- not cheap, in excess of $3500/month. In Dad's case, his retirement and disability benefits cover it. Otherwise, he would probably qualify for Medicaid.
My only (very small!) complaint is the parking lot, which is small and hard to navigate. Once my mother had a fender-bended trying to back out of a parking space. There are also not enough handicapped spaces. However, given the excellent care and facility, this is really a minor matter.
