Kelly's MIssion Rock is usually a restaurant and club at night and I'm reviewing the Night Club aspect of it. It is a cool place to go for dancing and drinking and having fun with friends but most of the people there are asian so not much diversity considering it's San Francisco. There are sometimes theme parties such as foam parties at the club. Buy tickets earlier because it costs a lot more at the door.
