Sol Winds Travel located in Plano, Tx. The owner's name is Amy. She is a very funny and super friendly. She will go extra mile for you too. Once I bought 4 tickets through her to Taiwan. The airline company changed the policy and I could not get the child fare for both of my kids. (They only allowed one because parents were not travel with them all the way.) The difference was about $100. One of the other travel agent gave me a lecture of trying to get the money back. Amy did not even say a thing. She charged me the whole amount (becuase it was the regulation.) and then she worked so hard to get the airling company relented and saved me $100. I did not even know she did it until I got my credit card bill. I called her and told her she charged the wrong amount but she said no. I got your $100 back. Isn't that a great service or what. Highly recommended.
