Having entrusted our 2 boys to you and returning home with NEITHER, I cannot restfully give you anything but the lowest rating. You need to update your kennels, train your TEENS and young adults that you leave to tend to your business. Grafton needs to inspect you on a regular basis to make sure your cages are SECURE and dogs are unable to discharge themselves from. After all, ISN'T that the mere point of having them INSIDE THE CAGE? You need to clearly have separate sections for LARGE and SMALL breeds. You should screen the animals that will be staying with you a little better and possibly if they have NEVER stayed with you...put them in an area that watches them for a period of time. Since you claim there are NO SECURITY CAMERAS anywhere in your facility may I suggest that you load up. This way, there will no speculation that "YOU WERE'NT DOING YOUR JOB RIGHT".
