Overall the service has been excellent. Ecola is prompt in response to a call when I notice new termite droppings. The personnel are polite and complete their jobs quickly. Ecola would have be given 5 stars but I have two issues. On their last visit the termite treatment was under the kitchen sink. While doing their job they bumped and moved the kitchen sink drains which caused a leak. I realigned the drains and tightened all the connections which fixed the leak. The Ecola personnel should ensure they do not cause additional problems when performing their job. My second issue deals with the extent of work performed on their visit. I think the Ecola personnel should at the very minimum perform an inspection of the structure to make sure there is no additional termite activity. On their last visit the Ecola personnel only looked at the area I had identified. No additional inspections where performed.
