I came home to a giant mess in my hallway/bathroom/furnace hot water heater room. Water and semi ground up food everywhere. Completely disgusting and disconcerting. I called Roto Rooter at 8 PM on Sunday night and tech Chris 1727 was out within the hour, had the problem figured out and solved, called the water restoration people for me to get me on my way with that, and even shop vac'ed up the solids for me so it wouldn't smell. I'm so happy. He did a great job and I'm really pleased. I don't see if there is a way to give stars, but if there were, I'd choose 5 stars.\r
