The hotel was conveniently located right off the Paola (in Olathe, KS) exit and was very easy to access. This hotel seems to be newer, built within the last 5 years (we would estimate). We had a single, nonsmoking room and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel had a clean smell, with the exception to the elevator stunk of smoke and when the fan in the bathroom was turned on, smoke smell filled the room. Once the fan was off, the smell would go away rather quickly. The breakfast was simple and did include an option to make waffles. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who looking for an inexpensive, simple hotel with having all the convenience of location
