Justin explained every step in detail & was courteous and professional. In checking his work, he discovered another slow drain in the Bathroom sink. The other PP techs did not check the bathroom sink when they were here. That would have averted a return call. While there was no charge for the return call, its frustrating when the work was no done completely the first time.
