I would NEVER rent from them again and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Almost all the good reviews on here are from ""guest""! It's gage, trying to keep the stars higher. They only care about money. I paid my rent on time every month and they refuse to fix things that were bad, like a leaking roof etc. They tried to keep my whole deposit plus add extra charges. Had I not had proof, I would not have gotten my deposit back. They lie at any cost necessary. They are nice until you sign a contract. I could go on and on but my point is...This is a horrible company to do business with. I moved to Lawrence in 2012. This was my first rental company. As long as I live in Lawrence I will tell everyone...SLUM LORDS.
