The Nestle Inn is very old & tucked away but I think it's perfect. We stayed in suite 204 both times we have stayed. We had excellent service from the front desk and were able to check-in prior to even arriving. All we had to do was punch in the door code that we obtained earlier in the day of our arrival. The bed was very comfortable and at night time it is very quiet. It's also convenient for walking to downtown Gatlinburg so you don't have to pay for parking anywhere! We went in the winter time to enjoy all the Christmas lights and also on Memorial Day weekend. We are looking forward to our next trip this winter! I think the Nestle Inn is Gatlinburg's oldest hidden gem! Can't wait to go back!
