We arrived really late at night because we had taken our time getting there and I'll be honest, when I opened the door to our room, I was disappointed. It was my boyfriend's 40th birthday celebration and the first room was NOT what I wanted. I don't want to bash it, but I did not like it. Sandy, however, is my hero! It was so late when I called and even though my ""emergency"" request to upgrade my reservation to something more in line with what I envisioned, she was patient and helped me to get into the Miss Jewel cabin and that we truly enjoyed staying in. She stayed on the line with me until I got there saying that she just wanted to make sure that we were able to get settled somewhere that we were comfortable and able to get some rest since it was so late at night. I am eternally grateful! She honestly saved the weekend for me, we loved the cabin, and we will definitely be back!
