Horrible company with no family morals. Three members of my family (one of them being a newborn baby) were in a horrible 3 car collision on a Friday afternoon. Extreme towing was the company called to pick up the vehicle. The next day my brother and I went to the tow yard to remove some personal property. We had already talked to insurance and got the ok to remove anything from inside the vehicle including premium stereo equipment that was undamaged. When we got there, the owner had already removed the CD player. I asked why it was missing and he said he had removed it himself and put in his office for safe keeping. When we tried taking the subwoofer and speakers he told us we couldn't take any of the stereo equipment without a letter from the insurance giving us permission to do so. He said nothing can be taken until the claims adjuster came to look at it and make an estimate. We called back to insurance immediately and they said they have never heard of anything like that before and that he had no right or authority to remove anything himself. After we walked back to our car with what personal belongings we could take we witnessed him pulling the speakers himself to take on his own. I told him that we added the stereo equipment to the list of property that we wanted in the vehicle and his attitude turned sour and rude. The Tuesday following this encounter, the family member that owns the vehicle recieved a letter from extreme towing saying that he was going to sell the vehicle because insurance hasn't paid him yet. An obvious attack in retaliation by him in response to us stopping him from stealing and selling personal belongings he had no business ever touching in the first place, but that my own personal opinion. I think this tow company is scum and has no respect for the people they serve, and no sympathy for anyone's hardships or loss' caused by the their vehicles being totaled and destroyed. This company doesn't deserve a business liscense or anyone's business, if this is how they treat their clientele.
