I took my cat in because she had lost a bit of weight. They saw her for 15 minutes, took some blood, charged me $277 and told me I would receive a call in the next two business days. I waited 4 business days and called.... nothing. I've waited ten total days and called this morning. It's a Monday. She told me the doctor called me Friday. I explained that I live by myself and only have one line, my cell phone. She took my number and told me the doctor would call right away..... That was 4+ hours ago. I thought the office staff were cold and unfriendly when I went in but the disregard for the results is just unacceptable.
