It's never a good time having to take your car to a collision center. Triangle Collision was highly recommended by my insurance adjuster so I went for it and took my car to them. I was assigned to Stephanie Jerkins. I work in the customer service industry. I go above and beyond for my customers so I expect the same when I encounter opportunities to receive customer service outside of work. From the start Stephanie was professional and kind. She answered all my questions (I have lots of questions) patiently. She called me several times during the week my car was at her shop to give me updates. She had to leave voice mails and I didn't call her back but she still called almost everyday with an update on my car. When it was time to pick up my car she did a great job of getting me through the check out process. I would recommend Triangle Collision to any of friends and family thanks to Stephanie's customer service prowess.
