Service tech Ed K. came to do a spring checkup on my (central) AC system. He did the job professionally and was courteous in my dealings with him. He took the time to answer all of my questions completely, and did so in an honest manner. He offered his opinions when I asked, and provided facts to support them. Ed represented his company well. \r
I was a little disappointed with the firm in another way. The office told me I could go to their website for info on AC systems made by manufacturers they handle. The info was not available there. The office person, apparently, was not familiar with the website. While Ed was here he able to help me with some of the information I was seeking.
