In the past I had used a different local company but they were very hard to get an appointment with. I got tired of having to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment and called Clark. That was 2 years ago and they have been wonderful!! When our ac was leaking freon due to a small hole that could not be fixed without having to replace the entire unit due to the age of the unit they explained everything in detail and answered all questions without making me feel like I was a bother to them. That was towards the end of last summer. They explained that they could put the freon in and it could possibly get us thru the rest of the summer before having to replace it since we did not have the funds at that time to replace it. We decided to wait and it was fine for the rest of the summer. A few weeks ago, it froze up and I noticed it at 12:30 am. I called and much to my surprise a technician answered the phone.
