I have been in one of their managed properties (Gulfview Harbor Estates) for over three years. My representative was Sunny Layne (real name) and she was very good. Sunny is not longer with APM and the service now is terrible in my opinion. I can not get them to contact me after repeated writings, even using certified mail.\r

I am responsible for my own roof and the roofing contractor said I needed a letter from the HOA to get a permit from the City I live in. APM refuses to do anything or give me a name of who to contact or pass my request on to the proper people. \r

We have four HOA's in our community and the main one's president also will not tell me who to contact or pass my request on. Since Sunny left this company this firm leaves much to be desired. I wish I did not have to deal with them. Every time it rains my roof leaks and these people can care less - avoid them IMO.
