I have taken my Dodge Charger over 3 different times for grinding sound when turning sharp left and while stopping to Larson Dodge over last 3 years . When I asked them to look at it they said there was nothing wrong. I initially thought it was the brakes. I asked service rep one time what they thought it could be. I was told it makes that sound when you turn to far. I finally took it to another business and found out ball bearings are bad, along with both ball joints. The other business checked the brakes. When they found nothing wrong with them they actually trouble shot the car to find the issues causing the problem unlike Larson Dodge Service department. I do not know how they are at being a car dealership but their service department is either incompetent or lazy. Either way I recommend if you have mechanical issues take your vehicle somewhere else. If you take it to them have whatever they said is wrong with your vehicle verified by a different business.
