I did not know it was lawful practice to charge a potential client to view a house. I called Parrish realty to view their listing on 1008 Bittbourg Ln. in Wendell, NC and they told me in order to view the house, (that I don't if I'll like) I must pay a $25 application fee. If your house is listed with them and its not being rented, there is your reason. Good luck with that practice. Never, have I heard of being charge to simply view a house.
