I have tried 3 written requests to cancel my service effective 9-7-12. The first was in August 2012, again in October 2012 and then in January this this year. They continue to bill me even though I have not lived at the location since 8-2012. Not only that, today I received a bill with an interruption of service in the amount of $35.00 and a letter from a collection company. They do not reply to letters or email requests. Today I am notifing the BBB of Denver as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! BAD BILLING PRACTICES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
