I cannot begin to tell you the frustrations from Camping World Katy. My unit set for days (12?) before anyone touched it, but no one told us this was going to be the case. When I called about it, they had no record it was even there. I had someone drive 60 miles one way just to point it out to them on the lot...then it sat 7 more days. Now they have it in their service bay (for 13 days) and rarely can I get anyone on the phone...leave messages, nothing. Had a receptionist (very nice) to walk back there to talk...nothing. Beg for a call...nothing. Asked for General Manager Eric...he called promptly. Very nice. He got someone to call me. Things were looking up. Now that's been 3 days...12 messages left. Nothing. These folks are too busy to get my business in the future...but I have to get my unit back first.
