At this point, it has been two times that my service contract has given me this company to fix my washer. (Repair man is very nice and helpful) However, both times I have waited over two weeks for the repair to be done. This time it's going on two and a half weeks. The office staff lie and blame my service contract that I have, saying they don't respond to their calls. I have had my service people on three way and I magically get some where with Batten's when they are confronted about their allegations. I never get calls about the progress, when I finally do get through to them, myself, I am given the run around.. I was even hung-up on once! As I sit here with laundry pilled everywhere, I can sware on everything holy that I WILL NEVER go through Batten's again. I will make sure none of my friends use them as well.
